ACTIVITIES
HVAC PROJECTS
The Company recognizes and executes HVAC projects in strict accordance with the requirements and specifications of SMACNA & ASHRAE defined within the client’s detailed scope of work and in adherence to fundamental objective of ISO 9001 standards.
The Company has successfully completed the HVAC design and project execution of numerous large and prestigious projects for various type of clients ranging from ARAMCO & SCECO, Saudi Government Projects, Colleges, Hospitals, Banks, Factories, Commercial buildings and thousands of private residential buildings. HVAC system that The Company currently provides to the clients varies from Chillers Plant, Package Unit Central A/C system and Central Split system.
AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The Company undertakes central and split A/C maintenance contracts for commercial & residential buildings. A special self-sufficient task force is working in the Company only to undertake and execute maintenance job. The Company provides key importance to the after sales service. This wing works twenty-four (24) hours a day and elaborate communication network is provided for smooth coordination and job execution. After sales service workshops with all arrangements for Central A/C and Split A/C are set up and experienced HVAC engineers and senior technicians lead the maintenance work.
REFRIGERATION
There is a dedicated group of engineers and technicians to design and execute small, medium and large size of refrigeration projects, multi-purpose cold storages for meats & vegetables, and ice-skating projects. Snow world – Ice Skating projects in Dammam and Riyadh were some of our completed refrigeration projects. The Company has separate teams of engineers and technicians who are specialized on refrigeration projects.
SPARE PARTS
The Company deals in genuine spare parts of Air Conditioners as well as Home Appliances. And huge stock of spare parts for various product brands stored in warehouses at the headquarters of the Company. Customers get immediate maintenance services and there will be no time lag through waiting for genuine spare parts.
HVAC Consultation Service & Training
The Company provides consultations service to engineering offices on various issues of HVAC system. The Company provides complete HVAC design and engineering consultancy service in strict adherence to requirements of the clients as well as internationally applicable standards and procedures. The Company recognizes that quality assurance must form an integral part of engineering design and commitment to quality is to be maintained throughout the whole process.
Newly joined employees, Saudi and Expatriates undergo extensive training before they join to duty in their respective section. Senor HVAC engineers and qualified and experiences personals conduct the training. Experienced technical trainers from manufacturing factories of Thailand, Korea, Bahrain are invited for special training.
DUCT FABRICATION FACTORY
A huge duct fabricating factory is set up with fully automatic most modern machineries like the PLASMA machine. The factory is designed to operate production through automatic machineries as well as manual fabricators for minor jobs. Most of duct fabricators and fabrication supervisors do their work in the duct fabrication work for the last ten to twenty years. They are much-experienced with outstanding calibre. A vast storage area to facilitate to store ducts is provided along with the duct fabricating factory addition to raw material storage facility attached to the fabrication workshop.
